Cancellation Policy
Online Tuition Services
Students may cancel their enrollment before the first class for a full refund.
If the course has already started, cancellation requests must be submitted within the first 3 days of enrollment.
After the first 3 days, no refunds will be provided, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., tutor unavailability).
If a student misses a scheduled class, no refund will be issued. However, we may provide a rescheduled session at our discretion

Advertising & Digital Marketing Services
Cancellation requests for advertising services must be made before the campaign begins.
If the campaign is already active, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
If a cancellation request is approved before work starts, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Academic Consultation & Project Assistance
Consultation services can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
If a project-based service is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request meets the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing time for refunds: 7-14 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
❌ If the service has been fully delivered.
❌ If the user voluntarily chooses to discontinue after service commencement.
❌ For dissatisfaction due to personal preference after service completion.
❌ If the user violates our Terms & Conditions or misuses our services.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
3️⃣ If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
4️⃣ You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated..
Service Modifications & Cancellations from Our Side
If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel a service in case of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
Dispute Resolution
Skyline Pixel Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date.
